Thekkady Tourism development Council (TTDC) is a non govermental,registered organisation(NGO),involved in environmental,human resources & promoting Eco-Tourism activities .(Reg.No:I60/2000) this is only organisation affiliated to nehru Yuvakendra,Ministry of Youth Affaires and Sports Govt of India, in the western ghats.

TTDC is leading practical conservation organisation.Since 1982 TTDC has fulfilled its mission to attract and manage a force of volunteers in practical conservation projects for the betterment of the kerala environment.
